CalmQuest Counseling is a space designed for support, reflection, and meaningful growth—at a pace that honors where you are. Therapy here is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about understanding what you’ve been carrying, strengthening what’s already there, and creating steadier ground moving forward.
The environment at CalmQuest Counseling is intentionally calm, welcoming, and grounded. Sessions are meant to feel safe, supportive, and human—where emotions are allowed, curiosity is encouraged, and progress is measured in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking greater clarity, CalmQuest is a place to feel supported and understood.

Jenn Coleman, MS, LIMHP, NCC, is a licensed mental health therapist in Nebraska and Iowa who works with adolescents (ages 15 and older) and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, personality disorders, chronic pain, chronic illness, and terminal illness support. She helps clients gain clarity, feel more fulfilled, and make meaningful, sustainable change.
Jenn brings experience from multiple levels of care,
including partial hospitalization programs, inpatient settings, and outpatient therapy, allowing her to thoughtfully support clients at different stages of their mental health journey.
Her therapeutic approach blends insight, empathy, and just the right touch of dark humor—because growth doesn’t have to be grim. Therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to what feels most supportive and effective for each client.
She has particular expertise working with LGBTQIA+ populations, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and personality disorders. Jenn also provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals and families from refugee communities in an affirming, inclusive space.
Whether you’re working through long-standing patterns, navigating major life transitions, or trying to feel more like yourself again, Jenn offers steady guidance—one “aha” moment at a time.
